BREAST IMPLANT EXCHANGE
This 49-year-old patient had existing bilateral saline breast implants of 16 years and desired an increase in breast size and more upper-pole fullness along with exchanging the implants.
She underwent a breast implant exchange with 430 cc saline implants bilaterally.
At 4 weeks post-op, she demonstrates increased breast volume and improved upper-pole fullness. Results will continue to evolve as swelling resolves, and the implants settle.
