A 65-year-old patient with a history of silicone breast implants presented with ruptured implants and capsular contracture. She came to Antony Institute seeking revision surgery. She underwent removal of the ruptured implants, capsulectomy, and re-augmentation with new silicone implants. She is 6 months post op.
