This 54-year-old patient underwent a brachioplasty (arm lift) combined with upper arm liposuction to address concerns of excess fat and loose skin. Prior to surgery, she felt that her upper arms were disproportionate to the rest of her body and desired a slimmer, more contoured appearance.
