This 61-year-old patient wanted a slimmer, more refined nose with improved tip projection, along with restored facial volume for a refreshed appearance. She had midface and cheek volume loss, tear trough deformity, deep nasolabial folds, and marionette lines. 

We performed a liquid rhinoplasty (nonsurgical rhinoplasty) with dermal filler, along with a liquid facelift using hyaluronic acid filler to the midface, tear troughs, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines in addition to lip filler to enhance overall facial balance.

At 2 weeks post-treatment, she has a refreshed, naturally rejuvenated, and more balanced appearance.
