61-Year-Old Woman | Lower Blepharoplasty & Facial Fat Grafting
This 61-year-old woman who is currently 1.5 months post op wanted to refresh a tired, hollow appearance while maintaining a natural look. Her concerns included under-eye bags, tear-trough hollowing, cheek volume loss, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines.
Treatment: A lower blepharoplasty was performed to address lower eyelid bags. Facial fat grafting was used to restore volume to the cheeks and under-eye area while softening facial folds and improving the transition between the lower eyelids and cheeks.
Goal: Restore facial volume, improve under-eye contours, and create a refreshed, natural-looking appearance.
